I can definitely see the Launcher limit/semi-limit happening due to the gross advantage it nets and I could see Necromancer going to 2 or 1 as well. To remedy the crippiling blow this gives to Infernities, what if konami semied One for One to allow Mirage to act as a new, slightly slower and more thought out engine for the deck. They could justify the semi-limiting of One for One by cutting the cards that abused it to hell at 3 (Ragigura, Mind Master). I believe that using Mirage as the Sept. 2010 engine for revival allows the deck to still compete strongly while removing the overwhelming speed of launcher
