So they made this card a non-Plant monster to try and balance it out but then decided to make it a Beast? So I can play Raigeki Break in my opponent's End Phase, hit their freshly set back row card and get two Fluff Tokens because I discarded Dandylion. Then I can play Rescue Cat and grab two Snyfus. Then I can pop the two Fluff Tokens to destroy two cards and I still have two Tuners on the field so if I have Mind Control or Brain Control or heck even Enemy Controller I can steal my opponent's third monster and either Synchro one or Synchro twice and load my Graveyard with a pair of Snyfus. I'm probably missing some other really good things you could do with this card.
